Please note these are general guidelines, however there are several variables that can affect the out come of yuor sublimation process. If using gloss tiles and see hazing effedt press face down.
The variables include:

  1. Ink Manufacturer
  2. Heating Press pressure
  3. Number of Tiles per press
  4. If the tiles are pressed face up or face down.

Optional: If you submerge your tiles into water after pressing, it "stops" the sublimation process. Please note if you do submerge the tiles, please allow them to dry before packaging, as they will hold moisture.

You will notice that we have longer pressing times than other inks on the market. The reason for this is because of the density of dyes used in the manufacturing process. You will also notice that our inks produce strong vibrant colors compared to what you have currently been using.
