Returns
General Returns Conditions -
Applicable to ALL Returns
1. All Returns must be made within 15
days of invoice date.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable
3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
4. Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted
beyond that period.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping carrier capable of providing proof of
delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
6. Please note all additional return conditions stated below, as applicable to
your return.
CGS Brand Supplies
CGS brand of supplies and consumables
are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction or they may be returned for
a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days from invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice, and all
products must be in its original packaging.
NON-CGS Brand Supplies
If defective, NON-CGS Brand Supplies
may be returned to CGS within 15 days
from invoice date for exchange
for the same item only (excluding Artainium
Sublimation Ink – To return Artainium Sublimation Ink you must first call
CGS for instructions on how to return, get credit for or exchange the product.
All Software
If defective, opened software is returnable
within 15 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.
All Printers, Heat Presses, Computer Hardware, Peripherals and Accessories
1. If a product arrives DOA (dead on
arrival), or if any product or part is defective, that product's warranty
applies as specified by its manufacturer. CGS will assist the customer in
contacting the manufacturer for service or exchange.
Year 2000 Policy
Products purchased from CGS carry the
applicable manufacturer's warranty (if any), which warranty may (or may not)
address "Year 2000" compliance issues. CGS’ standard sales and return
policies apply to all purchases. CGS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES;
EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY
TO USE THE PRODUCT. To determine whether a particular manufacturer warrants
its product with respect to "Year 2000" compliance, please check
with CGS or with the product manufacturer.
